to have if you live next to a Sushiro...otherwise, enjoy the 45-minute wait
Every time you go in without a reservation. FYI, you need to show the
cashier your reservation so make sure to bring your phone with the
application on to show your reservation. You'll also need to check in
through the app when you come in.

This app just made me go to the competitor chain. I booked a reservation, and the app said I had to get there within a 15-minute time limit. I get there within 5 minutes, and it says they've already given my place to someone else. In order to get a seat, I'd have to rebook, which we all know would take an hour to get, hence why I made a reservation in the first place. You said I had to be there within 15 minutes and yet you didn't even wait 5. This app is a waste of time.
