Useless, you can't see water consumption or pay water bills from this app. Also, for some reason app is called "Browser" in my phone (probably because is a web view, and they forgot to change the name).

I use the English version, and it had absolutely no information for you whatsoever. It's useless. It doesn't even show your water usage or bill date or anything. It says usage is limited if you switch to English. It should say "completely useless" instead

Are you kidding me? Which contractor company made this outsourcing app? This is the worst app ever. Either someone from inside embezzled most of the money or you are ripped off by the contractor. In whichever way, you should be shamed. You are making Japan a worse place.

There is no way to switch between Japanese and English after registration. Now I am stuck with English version where I can't see any detail (only move in move out). Also, it seems now there will be no invoice sent to home address after registration. So how am I able to see my bill. I am stuck now due to this bug, How to fix this please address it immediately
