When you have had contacts for a long as I have, going to eye doctor every year has become not an option at almost $200 vist. There Eye exam is superfast and super easy and only cost $20.

Terrible. I put 2 boxes in cart for left eye. I then want to remove one box and put another box for right eye but never it updates cart. I tried edit, remove all boxes from cart, refresh but nothing works, cart keeps 2 boxes for left eye. Gave up uninstalled this trash and bought lenses from Walmart with zero issues. Devs, get ur act together.

Location should be done via GPS, not IP geolocation approximation. I am unable to renew my prescription with the app because it assumes my location is in a different state than I am actually in, without an option to select the correct state. I can't imagine any sane person designing an app this way in 2024. Or I could just proceed in the wrong state and let optometrists write prescriptions in states they don't have a license in. I'm sure other users have done that out of frustration. Nice.

Just wanted to let everyone know that 1800 Contacts (1-800 Contacts) is a total SCAM company. They promise rebates that they do not honor and intentionally mislead their customers. Their customer service is horrible. Do not use their service and never order their contacts!
