★★★★★ It's so easy to transfer funds or just to check balances using 1st Source mobile app.

★★★★★ Overall, I like 1st Source. I have been a customer since about 1971. I have one issue. When I Iook at my transactions online, the merchant name is incorrect. I spend time correcting the entries. Even after making corrections, I have to make corrections again. I have called customer service on two occasions. They are not responsible for the errors and have told me I must make the corrections. I believe there is a glitch in the coding program used by 1st Source.

★★★★★ Keeping track of my accounts is easy. I like how easy it has been to transfer money between accounts, and also, the option to Belle to other people or receive payments has been a nice feature.

★★★★★ Great banking app! Easy to use and navigate all your banking needs. Very easy and quick to pay auto, personal, and mortgage loans from the app. Great work 1st Source!

★★☆☆☆ It used to be okay. Now every other time I use it, it makes me go into my settings and force close it before it will open again.
