This app just can't identify my brand new shell headphones. Just stuck on "looking for device" screen. If there's anything I can do to fix please tell me. I love the headphones and I think this app can enhance the listening experience. But I just can't connect to it. Help.

Completely unusable. Won't recognize device unless you select it. It will then either try and connect and crash or boot up control screen and crash. If it makes it to control screen it will notify you your headphones' firmware is out of date and freeze again forcing app to crash and close. Horrible app. Headphones have been out almost 2 years without a working app to update firmware, or customize sound performance. Cleer needs to put way more effort into their product if they want to succeed.

Update 8-15-2021: No change, Zen seems to be detected, but cannot connect Doesn't seem to work with the 233621 zen even though it states it does, and it can "see" the zen, it keeps saying disconnected
