This app is great for graffiti removal. I just take a pic of the graffiti, and it geotags the location and the next couple of days the graffiti is gone. I have also used it to notify of homelessness, so Riverside Outreach can go help the people. The app also sends notifications when the task has been completed. It's also great for abandoned vehicles and illegal dumping or just large accumulations of trash. We live in a great city where something like this is possible.

Absolute trash app. I can't even submit photos of my requests because apparently the idiots who designed this app don't know how to access the geodata on the picture and think I'm outside the city.

App is so broken I tried reporting graffiti, but the app says my picture isn't from inside the city of riverside when is clearly is. I have changed the data on the photo to be numerous addresses inside riverside, and it always says it's not from riverside and rejects my request. I finally had to call them to get it removed and when I explained the problem to the nitwit she told me the app is perfect and the problem is with my photo data, it's not, and that I need to have Wi-Fi on, IT IS.
