★★★★★ Thanks for developing the app. I think if there are more exercise set, it will probably make me to buy it. But among different 7 Minutes workout and other workout app, this one might be a very good design and easy to use app. Especially upper body will be what I need. But among all app, your app is definitely the one which encourage me to do the most 7 Minutes workout, I make it more than 7 minute to improve my cardio and muscle strength. Update: recently not work with Google fit

★★★★★ I have not done any workout in over 10 years due to laziness and lack of motivation; tried multiple ways to be more active. Decided to try this app, and it was perfect for about 10 days. I was in pain and fatigued as I should be, but workouts were short and varied enough to keep my attention and make me want to do them daily. The rest days were a godsend too. Then I noticed the increases that caused times > 7 minutes, even if done quickly (>10 min). Starting to lose interest and motivation now :/

★★☆☆☆ Was very happy with the app, until I built up a streak and the app somehow crashed. Did exercises to make up for the day, but the streak started again. By then I was over 150 days. Please fix.

★★☆☆☆ UPDATE (29 jan 2025): complete rubbish. Have literally lost years worth of data. Google fit and Google Drive had blocked app access, so grudgingly moved to latest version (was using earlier version due to cloud backup not working on latest version). Latest version oc could not find backup. Used to offer sync choice. Doesn't know. Tried backup and it completed but no data. Strongly suspect all data wiped. Can't use old version to check for backup as app blocked from accessing Google. Useless.
