The latest update is terrible no matter what date or time select to book the cars are ALWAYS unavailable, So are booking losses for them as I'm not able to make calls I only use pre-book so end up using alternatives as the website doesn't work either just shows error when trying to book.

Prebooked a taxi for 11.55pm from a wedding in Taunton to my b&b the day before. Got confirmation by app and sms. Taxi did not arrive, upon checking the app it had been cancelled. Not by me and I had received no notification in advance. This left me a lone female at midnight standing in the rain with no means of getting home. Absolutely appalling.

I was charged £28.50 twice for a booking that was unavailable on Monday. I have called and still my money has not been refunded. The app does not work
