Book a taxi, it gets accepted then 5 minutes later it's cancelled by you. A total waste of my time...

Don't bother booking on the app. Got confirmation of booking for an evening booking. 2 hours later they called to cancel the booking. Useless

The app is great and easy to use. The taxi company are useless. I pre-booked a 6 seater and had confirmation and 10 minutes before the taxi should arrive they cancelled saying there isn't a vehicle available.
