The staff is very nice. They make it very easy to schedule needed rides. The app is very easy to use. You also have the option to call, and staff will schedule rides for you. They will also take you to pick up meds. Just schedule a ride to do it or add another stop when you're out already for an appointment. Love this service.

I love the transportation because it's very, VERY helpful to have. I just don't like getting dropped off to my appointments almost 2hrs early. Especially appointments that's closer by. But I can honestly say they're always on time with their scheduled pickup and drop off times, which is great. Also, scheduling the appointments is a breeze.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Every time I have an appointment, there are no drivers. The whole point of a medical transport service is for me to get to my appointments. It's complete BS. The customer care is no help either. You all need to fix your service.

It won't let me schedule a ride since they did maintenance on the app over a week ago

I like the app if one of the stops gets stuck on that date and time, and you CANNOT hit the BLUE READY TO BE PICKED UP, at the top, because it's still stuck on the date that has already passed. There is not a way that I have found to bypass or remove/moving to if you hit ready to be picked up at the top it then sends the driver to yesterday's location.
