I'm trying to create profile and can't do that, because I don't have a Greek phone number(+30) area code. I live 15 km from Greece and often shop there, why not having a Greek phone number would prevent me from holding a shop's loyalty card?

I could not pay on-line. The system kept telling me to write my name as on the card. I did, and it kept telling me not valid way of writing. There was no other way. I spent half hour trying without success.

1. There is no option to send a support request through the app. 2. The search function is inaccurate and inconvenient. It does not correct typos. It also doesn't allow editing previous searches. 3. Packaging fees are mandatory for all orders. 4. There is a minimum order amount for pick-up orders.

Good app but they never seem to get the orders right. Missing items every time and fresh produce needs to be fresh, people, not half rotting. Do better.
