I've read so many reviews about the confirmation email not working, but I didn't have any problem with it. I got the confirmation email, and downloaded the appropriate app for the kit (science lab). We haven't done any of the experiments yet, but we're testing out the VR. It's pretty cool. I thought I had an issue with the volume before, but I changed the setting, and it's working just fine.

No confirmation email is ever sent making the toy useless. Kids are incredibly disappointed.

No confirmation email ever comes. So you cannot even use VR. TERRIBLE. You can download app, you need to register in order to use VR, you need an account. When you try to create an account, it sends you a confirmation email to verify, so you can begin. No verification email ever comes. So, you cannot use it. Very disappointed 8-year-old on Christmas. You guys suck. Like 2020 wasn't bad enough, you lazy programmers can't even fix this, and now my daughter's Christmas is terrible too.
