The problem with this app is, whenever I've tried to book when using it recently it has been turned off so says no taxis available even when booking in advance. So then I have to ring up to book. Kind of pointless having an app and stressful when thinking no taxis in area. Also, I no longer get confirmation texts anymore when I do get through on my mobile... Come on ABC you are a good firm you can do better than this!

It says it's a pre-booking then when you get ready for your trip it says it's finding a driver. That's not pre-booking, that's just stopping you getting a waiting taxi.

Used to be very good but now whenever I try to book it says 'No drivers available' even when booking in advance. When I phone up, surprise, there are drivers available.
