This app was not very user friendly for a person who is unfamiliar with the terminology. Also, be prepared... I could only use it a few times because then it keeps popping up an ad asking me to pay for the premium app and no way to work around it.

If you are looking for an app to deliver hundreds of ads once you start it then this is your app! If being besieged by ads for nonsense impractical apps then you will want to download this altimeter.

Worked poorly for me. Altimeter 1 from the hamburger menu, would only ever show blinking ...m's with no data. That's with a LTE and simultaneous 180mb down wifi connection. Waited over 3-minutes for blinking ...m's to establish data. Uninstalled apo. 😕

Won't give altitude. It says "location not available", even though it is showing my location on the map.

The local airport is at 94.3 meters and I am at least 50m higher. This app's estimate of 47-57 meters is way, way, way off.
