★★★★★ Thank you for updating this! Great resource to practice psychological flexibility skills. Perhaps more tweaks needed, or perhaps I haven't found how to use the app effectively : Notifications pop up on my phone and I can read the first few words. I think it used to have an arrow to press which showed the whole notification (if I press on it, it just takes me to the app homepage) I completed one section of a values exercise and saved it. I found I couldn't edit it later but just had to start anew

★★★★★ As a mental health professional I can certainly say that this is the app that I found my clients to have one of the best experiences with. I have also used that myself to practice the mindfulness exercises.

★★☆☆☆ I loved this app until my phone got so old I updated...now it says param is missing and I can't log in

★★☆☆☆ PLEASE UPDATE APP! As others have experienced, the app seems to no longer work. Others have attributed that to Android updates, but whatever the cause I too get the "Param is missing" error upon trying to log in to the acct I *just* created. Samsung S10+

★★☆☆☆ The phone I used the app on broke, and I cannot log off, as a result, I am unable to login on my new device...
