★★★★★ Excellent app very easy to use, plus if you need help there are very friendly and helpful staff just a phone call away who answer the phone very quickly so you're not hanging on for 10 minutes listening to an anonymous voice telling you your call is important 5 stars

★★★★★ So easy to use for finding the huge range of classes available and then to book in about 3 steps. Once you have made your first booking, all your payment details are kept so booking further classes is so much quicker.

★★☆☆☆ Very tedious app. Reset password attempts were unsuccessful (emails were not being sent). When I eventually managed to get onto the swimming portal after 30 minutes of back and forward trying, reloading and trying again, more issues cropped up when it wouldn't let me book any kids swimming slots. This app is good for viewing what is available, but not much more. It's a very frustrating app.

★★☆☆☆ Masters in IT needed You almost need a master's degree in IT to navigate the app, it is not very user-friendly and difficult to navigate
