I absolutely love all my products I have purchased. I'm a larger girl. Bra size 36-38 DDD, lingerie/panties L-xL. Size is true to the chart, not to big or small when you get them. They fit perfect. I've had Adored Me underwire bras for at least 2 years and the underwire hasn't broken through the fabric like V. S. another bras. Products are very exceptional and the price is fair. BE AWARE OF Scam!!!!! They send you staff that is sold in Walmart with the same brand and logo for twice the price. The recent box I have received they charged me a full price of $335.00, although they have received the box back into their warehouse, and they confirmed the return. I have been calling them every week for the last month to get my money back. Every time I hear that, I will get my money back in 3-5 business days and nothing happens. I asked for a supervisor today, they hung up on me

Placed an order 3 weeks ago and purchased rush processing as I was buying a bridal shower gift. After a week I contacted customer service because my order hasn't shipped yet, and they told me their deman had spiked causing delays but that it would be shipped out in a couple of days. That was clearly a lie as it's been 2 weeks, and it's still processing. If you cannot fill orders timely, you damn sure shouldn't be offering rush processing for an additional cost.

It is difficult to find my size so when AM originally launched, I ordered all the time. Over the last year, I have had multiple issues with shipping, order fulfillment, and especially customer service. The quality of many of the products has gone downhill, and they have instituted a restocking fee, so you get charged for returns when things don't fit even though the sizing is inconsistent. Maybe stop worrying about Fashion Week and get your logistics and customer service in order.
