Simply does not work. Every few weeks when I need to log in to confirm an appointment or see test results, there's about a 70% chance the app will not work. It lets me type in my username and password (but only fully type - if you use autofill to enter your email it won't recognize it), then pretends to load but sends me to multiple blank screens before closing out entirely. Save yourself the time and space on your phone: use your web browser and forget this buggy app.

The lady even told me this morning on the phone u do have appointment for 7:45 arrive for 8am appointment. Ok I go enter the ER Norris very rude she was arguing with me for 7 minutes. Finally I got next door oh ur appointment someone canceled it, so I return to the ER I'm in pain needing help Norris refused to let me sign in for medical treatment.#TikTok 4story

Frustrating, unusable. The app frequently fails to send an MFA code. Lately after several attempts it might send the MFA code, but then crashes with this Android error: "Something went wrong with Advent Health. Advent Health closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error." Reinstalled, now all I get is "Sorry, it looks like something has gone wrong....".
