All loans paid on time. Affirm still refuses to help. Close my account. Now. I've already messaged customer care who couldn't be bothered to even read my complaint.

They'll let you make purchases and then freeze your account before you can pay them back so that it ruins your credit. Bonkers. Don't tell me to contact customer service either. I've already done it through both phone and email, and when you finally get someone who speaks passable English, they still have no idea what's going on, but some say it's a fraud freeze while others say it's a technical error. The end result is the same: nonsense.
