This app is much easier to use than the website, but it can still be hard to locate items requiring action

Easy to use with familiar screens. Great to be able to view accounts on the go and not need to bd in front of my computer to make or authorize payments.

Installed app. Logged into IBB on the website as I had to authorize a payee. Push notification to authorize log in failed even though push notifications enabled. OTC worked fine on app, so I managed to log in. When authorizing the new payee, the OTC from the phone app didn't work, so I had to use the Digicams. All I can say that is positive is that it's better than the completely broken AIB Authenticator App. I haven't been able to make an online payment with my Visa card for over a year.

This app is of no use if you need to manage multiple iBB accounts or different companies. You are limited to only one company, or else you need to fully log out and login again with a digicams, but in order to logout when opening the app with an account associated, you need to open the app, re-login to the existing associated digicams account, then proceed to settings and press logout. You cannot log out when at the first screen view. This needs a more extensive UX revision.
