If you have the AILA "tablet" for your children/grandchildren, this companion app is quite simply PHENOMENAL. It is an absolutely a must-have for parents. This app allows you to: Actually see your child while they are using the "tablet" from wherever you may be (work, etc.). Allows you to choose what lesson you want to play, (even lullabies) and when the lesson is complete and so much more. Can't give enough praise!

Will not let me connect with app ...says wrong password. But I know it's right .....

I can not even use the app or the AILA device. The app is asking me for a QR code, but the device only provides a 4-digit code. Nothing to scan. So I am stuck....

App is not reliable. It consistently shows the device is offline, when it is actively on and working. Check-in feature is spotty (works fewer times than it doesn't). We like AILA so far, just wish the app worked better.

If I couldn't give 0, I would. It does not allow me to start session. It says not connected but I am connected. I wish I could return the whole system.
