Had appointment with Dr. Moshe for swollen painful foot. He diagnosed inflammation. Foot got no better. Finally came to American Hospital in Paris. Had bacterial infection of my foot. Have been in hospital 2 weeks on I.V. antibiotics. Go to American Hospital in Paris. Don't waste time or money on Dr. Moshe or Air doctor.

Tried booking an appointment through the app. The doctor didn't approve the appointment, so it was cancelled, which was fine. I wanted to delete my account, however there is no way to do that! Pressing the 'delete my account' button creates an email to support, asking to permanently delete. But when support replied, they said all you have to do is press the button. I told them that I had pressed the button, and asked them to delete my account, but they never responded. Really annoyed.

My experience was awful. The insurance didn't work, I was assigned to a different doctor from what I selected. Is not worth the money at all. In the worst case, just use the app to search for the doctors and make the appointment directly!

I noticed that the doctors in the app are not through the sick funds what only private plus to pay a One thousand shekels or more per visit👎👎, In addition there are not many specialists or non-specialists and doctors of all kinds why ?? It's an app for doctors no ??😕😕. I had the app once I thought it could be a helpful app for when I needed, but there are issues, and I'm not going to install the app again If the app is not working properly. Fix the app and it's problems/issues please. Thank you for your time😊.
