Update nov 2024. Unable to redeem cash miles on the shell app. The option to redeem does not even appear anymore. There are no new updates. It used to be great app. What happened? When you do updates, don't forget to update widgets. The previous update did not update miles. Hoping in this current update, that is fixed. We'll see I suppose

Update, it seems to be fixed. Thank you. The app stopped showing "All offers" all of a sudden. If it clicks on the all offer link, it only brings up 3 or 4, not the 190 it says are there. This seemed to just start. I tried removing the app and reinstalling it, same problem. Very frustrating. Air Miles should find a new subcontractor to rewrite the app.

Trash. Can't even sign in! Enter email/PSD and it crashes. Their website is trash too. All slow and laggy - been that way for years. But what a garbage program eremites is, anyway. YEARS of significant spending on AM Mastercard, and have 12k points. $1200. After a decade or more?! Great. All loyalty needs to go away - if no companies have it, the playing field is leveled again. All that wasted time and effort, stopped. They benefit the company (and only in theory), not the consumer.

The in-app program of scanning grocery receipts for air miles has become very frustrating. The app no longer identifies my eligible grocery items with high accuracy (it flat out misses most/all my eligible purchases and grants no points). When I submit a missing points' inquiry I used to get missing points credited, but for past months it just denies my missing points claim. It used to work well, not anymore. Greatly disincentivising. Why are my legit missing bonus mile inquiries being denied?

Absolutely bad, its forces you to create a password instead of pin then you don't have any option to use the password, if you reset the pin the new pin won't work, and support is not reachable.
