Not updating delays or gate changes at all. Also, the airline is one of the worst in the aviation business. Avoid if you can.

SCAM & useless app. Nice layout, seems modern and working. However, it's an SCAM: they let you book a flight until the last payment confirmation proceeds. Then the app freezes. So you start again. To no avail. You go on a browser however to book the needed flight and an extra amount is added out of nowhere... Do NOT use this scam app!

Didn't let me board the flight and no responses on emails for refund claims. Poor experience. Probably first and last time I tried Air Serbia.

It's a bad web wrapper that doesn't even react to back button. Even if we disregard that they built a new website (and this app) while not carrying over the old account logins, this app itself doesn't offer you literally anything that competing apps do. It's just to buy tickets and check your flights (with a few ads from booking). And the flights aren't properly loaded in your account, as you have to fill in the data every time (as if not logged in)

Most of the time one doesn't know what to click on, and why some options are not available, start from checking more than 24 before flight. Furthermore, it is built, so it requires excessive clicking to get simple result. Overall UX is poor, much room for improvement and additional functionalities.
