1. In the field required for confirmation number a number is not accepted. I tried the booking number which consists of capital letters and it worked. 2. There is a box that has to be checked in order to continue. By the box we are given information about travelling with a non-Canadian passport. It is better not to have to check that box. Rather have a question about the type of passport we use and us to choose: canadian or non-Canadian passport, and then continue.

Great, got there safely (the main thing) and vouchers for the delay. Thanks to the pilot! Flying is an art especially through turbulence. Thankful three are people who are skilled at aircraft flying.

I have flown on Air Transat twice this year, once to Portugal and again to Paris, France, for the Paris Olympics. Both flights were on time and smooth. The pre-flight check-in process was very easy to manage. The in-flight meal (I had the beef lasagna on both flights) was promptly served and hot. The flight attendants were informative and generous with their time and friendly. I plan to fly to Europe and the Caribbean next year. My first choice will be Air Transat. Cheers, Richard Rock, OLY

Check in was bugged (autofilled info BY THE APP was considered empty, had to retype manually), boarding pass button redirected to a broken link, seat assignments and luggage allowances didn't update after paying. Customer support said they don't have access to the check-in system so can't do anything. The app had one job and failed miserably.

Flight from Toronto to Venice. It's a horrible and cheap air company. Old airplane(seat was broken), the small seats in an airplane. I'll never take it again. Disappointed. AirTransat buy new airplanes for Trans Atlantic flights. Stop making your junk service.
