Among the delivery services I've been exposed to, and I'm not naming other names, Airmen stands out consistently as both fast and reliable.

Airmen's app is a gift from heaven. Other companies like Postcard, Bring, GLS etc. require that you stay home for 13 hours between 8-21 or until they arrive. But Airmen uses GPS and decided to go the extra mile. They created an app that gives the recipient the power to use their day efficiently, because the app tells you exactly when the package will be delivered. Bravo.

How can Amazon use this service for business delivery when they do not deliver within normal business hours, is beyond me. I have been in constant chat with Airmen support as 3 packages are not delivered now for 3 days in a row. They call just 3 min before they close deliver (22:00) to say they are there in 2 min, and then you never hear again. Then app says sorry they couldn't deliver and reschedule it for the next day. Rinse and repeat. The worst service I have experienced.

Late deliveries. The package was delivered at 22.40. I don't blame the driver. It must have been the manager who gave him too many packages. Secondly Airmen promises fossil free delivery but don't live up to it. The package was delivered using a diesel van. And finally the drivers are most probably paid peanuts for this delivery.
