The app experience is suboptimal. I find it very difficult joining meetings through the mobile app. Even when I eventually do, I can't chat or speak during the meetings. I can't even see the video of the speakers. Though to appear muted, but I can hear what they say during the meeting. The chat interface keeps showing loading all through. If I join a meeting through my Chrome browser whether on my phone or laptop, I don't experience any of these challenges.

I purchased Air meet's highest-tier lifetime deal on AppSumo for over $200, but the experience was disastrous. They refused to let me change my workspace name, making the app unusable for my second business. Years later, they revoked all lifetime accounts, downgrading early supporters to a free plan. This bait-and-switch is unethical, unprofessional, and feels scammy. Air meet broke its promises to loyal customers, and I can't trust or recommend this platform. Avoid if you value transparency.

Be careful with this platform! Many users bought lifetime deals from them. They just announced that their business model wasn't sustainable and were cancelling lifetime deals without refund. Thank goodness we didn't commit to it, or we'd be up a creek. Moral: stick with the big guys who do the same thing at a fraction of the cost. Expensive lesson learned.
