Getting problem in analyzing video I have sended video 10 or more times for just analysis three vids, every time they have problem. I was giving entry 2 and uploaded it, and they told me that the distance between cone are much more while the distance was same as the entry 1 vid, and they had analyzed it without any trouble, please reply me

Why are the trial recordings I have submitted being failed even though I have followed the guidance in the instructions? So far the app has been a big disappointment to my son who thought it would be an efficient platform to help him with his football goals. When there is a problem (as in with the recordings) there doesn't seem to be anyone available to respond to emails...
