One of the most annoying apps on my phone. It beeps and beeps and beeps and beeps more, and then I'm sent SMSs that then beep if I'll be called while it beeps and then beeps for a star rating. Albatross is a decent taxi company, but the app is more irritating than lying in a bed of biting ants.

Until a driver is assigned it should not charge (but does) as it then keeps your money for a few days preventing you from booking with another company. The pre-authorization payment is way over the cost of the taxi so if you only have enough for your journey on card you can't book.
