★★☆☆☆ The app is fine when it comes to looking for deals or go into your list. But when you have to search for an item, it takes several minutes. The screen just goes white. I do not have the patience for this. The Safeway one works just fine, so I don't know what happened.

★★☆☆☆ I have several Albertson stores in and near my zip code and yet it tells me there are none, and doesn't let me progress through the app.

★★☆☆☆ Every time I order they seem to mess something up. And when I hit the button to contact the people fulfilling my order, it takes me to a computer to chat with. After forcing a human to pick up, they are not associated with the store fulfilling my order. They just said to contact the store. Which is 1. What I thought I was doing, 2. Not possible outside this app since this app doesn't say what store is fulfilling my order. So basically nothing can get solved, and they will keep making errors.

★★☆☆☆ The point system is a scam. I had saved almost $1000 points and they expired over the course of a few months. Definitely not a way to appreciate customer loyalty. Back to Costco and Walmart I go.
