★★☆☆☆ Coins expire in 6 months now!?? Disgusting. I would rate zero stars if I could. They have been screwing people out of coins by removing coins for checking tracking, & forcefully updating "Grow to Get" (which gave coins) to "Prize Land", which has NO coins, & the "Prize" takes months to earn and is worth practically nothing. They pretend the item won't ship to your country 99% of the time, too. I only use this app because of coins. I will delete it if this continues. Waste of time without coins.

★★☆☆☆ Scam. They won't ship your orders and hold your money and find excuses to refund it even after the seller told you they won't ship your items. Stay away from this whole platform

★★☆☆☆ There are SO MANY scammers on AE! Many are selling just PICTURES of items! One claims to sell a chair, will send you just a bolt, hoping the delivery time is too late for you to open a dispute. This "store" is "Selected by AliExpress," making it look like AE supports this type of scam! Trying to [Report Item / Suspicious Activity] gets an almost instant email telling you it's not against AliExpress policies. Beware!

★★☆☆☆ Overpriced slow shipping, used to be good until wish and temu. Pros: can get some good branded items and more choices. Cons: expensive shipping Slow shipping Overpriced compared to other sites Terrible customer service I ordered some items from temu they arrived in a week. The same time the item even took the seller to ship. If you want good items with free shipping that's fast and amazing customer service then go for temu. Then wish. The downside to those sites is lower selection
