★★★★★ Sunshine Health Am better with Medicaid has officially found a transportation app that fits all the needs of medical transportation and even allows several nonmedical rides to and from things like: grocery shopping, food pantries, family functions, and whatever you may need a ride for. This has been a blessing. I also like the fact that, if I were to have someone willing to take me to appointments, they willingly will reimburse milage cost, with the exception they provide some details.

★★★★★ App should specify language... non-English Lyft drivers are a waste of time when going to medical appt!

★★☆☆☆ Would not let me register. Kept responding incorrect phone and information. Gave up, try again tomorrow

★★☆☆☆ Not very user-friendly. Cannot figure out how to activate the ride home after my appointment. Still have to call and request my ride home be activated. Does save time and hassle of calling to schedule rides. Wish it was more user-friendly and that I could use the app to activate the ride home without having to call.
