★★☆☆☆ The least you can do is notify your users IN THE OLD APP VERSION itself that a new one will be released soon and A NEW INSTALL WOULD BE REQUIRED. Make some popup or smtn, jeez... This is, per my observance, the second time you do this, last tme it was the same - the app kept crashing, and I needed to contact the PAID cs line just so that a lady can tell me I need to install a completely new version of the Allianz mobile app. Ridiculous. And lame. Please, be more concerned about the UX.

★★☆☆☆ You could at least notify your users for the upcoming app change. I had to figure it out myself. No mail about it but you put it in the news section of the new app. How are we supposed to read that? And when you offer languages, at least add the translations prior release. It's good to have your users involved.
