Don't like the new changes where you can only view queue times from when you're at the park! Other than that it's very useful if you're on park and can help you plan your day!!

It was a great day out for the kids. The App is a really easy way of finding all the rides.

It feels like you don't care about your customer's. Start putting the ride queue times BACK ON THE APP for when you're not in the park so people CAN PLAN their day BEFORE they arrive. Poor show alton towers

Visited yesterday, 27th April. Extortionate food/drink/snack prices. Bring a packed lunch to save ££. Expect queues for rides and the annoyance of those who can afford fast track passes to queue-jump when you've been waiting hours with your children for their turn. Each ride zone is approx 15–20 mins walk, meaning if you're lucky with all the walking and queuing, you might get on 4/5 rides on a good day. On the plus side the park is clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly 😊
