I've been working with a Korean tutor from here for a while and the platform is excellent for facilitating our classes and managing everything. Payments are easy. Finding tutors is easy. Navigating the platform is easy. Great app.

I still do enjoy learning with my teacher. He's amazing. It's the Amazing Talker company that I don't like. They act like scam. There is no refund system. SO if you paid, you won't be able to get your money back in cash. You have to use it on the system. Also, the coupons are all fake. I never could use any of them as they disappear after a "fake" warning during payment issue and never show up again. Also, their chat system use bots, and they won't solve any of your issues.

Update 10/19/24 the app is very bad it's a difficult and frustrating experience for teachers and students alike. The teachers and students are great but support is so bad especially now that they agreed an AI system🤬 Please update the application it's very laggy and affecting my work. Now that they started moving away from using zoom it's clear that their care is more about money than the experience on the website

Update January 2024: The app still has issues and occasionally crashes. Messages are delayed, and some settings can only be accessed from the desktop website. But recent update have improved UI. *** This app is completely unusable on Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G. No screen loads any data. All is blank. HTTP 500 error code displays on my screen even after closing the app. The experience on my iPhone 7 was also poor, with many functions not working. But the Android experience is completely unusable.
