The app works well. It could use a few more features. For instance: sweeping time-lapse. By sweeping, I mean time-lapse with slow back and forth panning.

Cameras basically work quite well and provide the needed info. Sometimes there is a quirk though that needs attention. E.g., what could use some improvement from a programming standpoint is the recording/reporting of motion events. E.g., rapid changes in daylight due to clouds covering, or uncovering sunlight, or shadows cast on a driveway or lawn by moving tree branches are reported as motion events. This should be quite correctable using modern programming and AI techniques.

Overall pretty intuitive setup with new cameras. About a 5-second lag with Wi-Fi mode. App sometimes doesn't pick up the feed from the camera, and you have to restart it, but other than those bugs - it's pretty decent.

It's simple and clean, really nice app for security setup. Only issues are it takes awhile to load and setting up the cams can be aggravating. 2 out of the 3 cameras were no problem lol good overall system to use.

Frustrated and no way to ask for help. I set up a camera and could see video for a few minutes then it stopped being able to view video, but I get alerts telling me there was movement! I canceled the account but since I paid it is still active. No idea what happened, and I can not even add one of the other cameras I own. I use blue iris with no issues, but I wanted to see if cloud was better, but it appears I will continue with a laptop and blue iris for my 5 cameras at 3 homes.

If you like staring into a blank live view, then this app is for you. Ever since I've decided to try Am crest camera, I've had nothing but troubleshooting issues. Why is the heck are your camera a pain in the @$$ to set up?
