★★☆☆☆ I had a really bad experience! Don't lose your time downloading the app. I lost my time uploading all kind of documents like driving license, ID, renting agreement, and I was rejected from creating an account 10 times in a row with bogus answers. When you call to ask why, nobody knows!! They admited that everything was ok with my documents, but robots deny automatically the account and no person from their company can't do a thing about it.crazy!! 😀

★★☆☆☆ I booked a ride and played 140 dkk. I asked to contact me via WhatsApp and gave my number. I asked to send location where the ride will start. 10 minutes before specified time I was at location. I waited about 20 minutes and no car drive into rectangle marked as Go More stop. Driver didn't show up at specified place. I called driver, when I found phone number. At first driver didn't reply, later answered, that already left. Later driver claimed, that I didn't show up.

★★☆☆☆ Lack of transparency with the booking. We live in a big city, with no parking. At the return of the car (only then) it said that it is street parking, we could find parking on time, as it took us 30 minutes to find parking, we were late 17 minutes due to this with the return, and they fined us with extra 8 euros, which is 30% of the booking fee. The owner of the car was non-responsive, and Am ovens refused to cancel this unfair fine. In bottom line, normal car rental would cost us the same.
