For those of you who may have some trouble with this app, you do not have to manually enter your date of birth. If you tap the year on top of the date system with your finger, it will allow you to choose the year. When you're entering your mother's maiden name, be advised that the system does not register apostrophes or other special characters and that if there is an apostrophe in the surname it will come up as a space, so for example instead of O'Leary you would put in O'Leary.

If you try to register and get an error to contact customer services, actually the error is that the password might not meet the requirements. A better error message would save you a call.

Great when it works but randomly stops accepting your password and password reset doesn't work either so a lengthy call to support is needed. Reset then has to be done using the desktop site meaning the app is of very little use really!

App is OK. Transactions keep getting declined for no reason. The card only works on some websites. Calling customer services is useless and a waste of time. Their Remedy was to use a DIFFERENT BANK'S BANKCARD for Transactions to go through!!! I'm just off the phone with them again, the payment was declined, but has GONE from my "usa wallet" and is "pending". Customer services Remedy is to contact the merchant. The mer cannot do anything because the card was declined and can't receive the money.

Dreadful App. Keeps coming up with an error message and number to call. I can't even register my card and when I call the number the people on the other end have to guess what the issue might be?? I've been calling and trying to Register my card for over 1 week now and still nothing.

When are you going to fix this app it is ridiculous I can't even get into it and I am sick of ringing
