★★★★★ Only reason for the miss on 5 star: the instant calls . I prefer to make the calls and not be bombarded with inbound sales calls, with that in mind we don't search until we are truly ready to field the calls.

★★☆☆☆ The customer service low-key kind of sucks. My pro didn't show up for the 3rd time, im using the platform on the website to get it rebooted, it's just taking a long time. I've been sitting here for 30 minutes. Used to, I could just send Angi an email, and they would email me back with a new booking. Now I have to use a chat bubble on their website and fill out my info, text an agent, and after a long time of waiting around finally get a new booking scheduled. I really hope my pro shows up.
