I love the app I wish it did have more visuals when it shows the panels or the shops, but I still enjoy it it makes scheduling the things you want to go to easier maybe add a notification 1 hour ahead? So you can make it to the panel

Great app to try to schedule what to do at AX. The only problem is that there's so much crowd that you have to force yourself through to get to the place you want to get. If I can get to at least one panel/screening I want to get in, I would call it a success.

Great app for navigating around the convention. I feel like the only thing I wish I could do in it is set a custom reminder for a panel instead of being notified 5 minutes before it's about to start.

Still one of the best apps for anything anime expo. I do wish that they were able to keep up the wait times or information as there are times when a panel is listed at 4pm, but the line-up started at 12pm making it difficult to plan things out when the queue to line up is already full, but it was never mentioned on the app.

It keeps saying I don't have a PDF viewer to look at the map. I installed another PDF viewer on top of the one I already had, and I still get the error. I liked the design they had last year but whoever did it this time really dropped the ball. It's so ugly and confusing now.

This app is absolutely garbage. This has a complete lack of navigation and a functional map that shows you where key locations are. Like how to get between halls or say food vendor locations, current entrances and exits.

Bought the ticket for one specific event, when click to watch the vod comes up with a different video, and there doesn't seem to be a way to report the error in the app. Paid $5 for nothing disappointing 😞
