Absolutely deranged and illegal user agreement. They want you to give them right to contact any natural person in the state. They also leave right to harass you or people you know or even people you don't know. They have two agreements. One agreement is with a Russian company and is written with russian laws in mind and another is with Kazakhstani company. If you are Kazakhstani company, why do you want me sign an agreement which is written under russian law, not kazakh law?

Don't install that mobile application. First of all, they have very bad and rude call center staff. As I remember, name of call center staff is Alina. Second and most important. When you add your bank card to application. You cannot remove it from application. It is my card. I added and I want to remove. But I cannot. Why? Third is you cannot delete you account. Why? Не устанавливайте это мобильное приложение. Когда вы добавляете свою банковскую карту в приложение. Вы не можете удалить его.
