I like any wheel (the green) bike most. It's easy to use, and the color is very nice. It's very convenient because of a lot of parking sites. Even in the HDB flat, you can find green (any wheel) bike easily.

I parked my bike at the bus stop where there are many other public bikes parked, but I can't find the parking QR code. Then I follow the step for appeal, anyway my appeal has been rejected and charged me $5 which is incomprehensible. It's waste me a lot of time, I did feedback but replied it will only refund me and I have to go back to relocate the bike, maybe someone has already ridden it somewhere else, the system really ineffective.

MINIMUM UNREFUNDABLE TOP UP OF $10 Tried out any wheel as an alternative to Hello ride. Now I understand why there are so many any wheel bicycles around, because they don't work. Scanned 5 bicycles in a row and they're all under maintenance. Unrefundable as well, so I have to find 9 more working bicycles in order to not lose money. Bicycle quality is always trashed, bike is shaky, no good things to say about their bicycles or their app.

I pay a monthly fee but more often than not, bikes are in maintenance. My neighborhood has the same 20–30 bikes that have been under maintenance for close to two years. What's the point of paying more than YT Premium/Disney+ if I cannot even use the bikes half the time? Fix this, or I suggest you just use other apps like Mobile with newer and properly functioning bikes. Also, what's the point of FORCING me to take photos of faulty bikes if you're not going to do anything about it for two years??
