Devs cheat in their groups. They pair up multiple sever groups of theirs against weaker groups in events and glitch around borders to gang up on smaller groups especially if a smaller group fights back as a way to get you to spend more. Meanwhile, no matter what you spend you'll never be strong enough for the dev groups. When you confront them they state the glitch is allowed. I have pictures of it all. As someone that's VIP15 in this game, I feel ripped off as several other spenders do.

On loading, you get an arrow pointing to [Tour]. Click, goto London. What now? Ok, keep clicking [Tour]. Goto City. Same thing. Get rewards. Goto NY. Same. Girl pops up. Starts chatting. You have a choice of 2 responses, which you have to click several times before it reacts. You can't really chat and direct the conversation. NOT AI. FIXED RESPONSES AND CHOICE OF 2 REPLIES. By the time I reached Paris, I was bored out of my scull.

Was fun until... The studio does nothing to deter toxic and bullying behavior. No measures in place to prevent teams aligning and creating giant monopolies that severely disadvantage any player outside the monopoly. Pointed this out and was subjected to systematic harassment and bullying that resulted in losing significant progress. Filed a complaint which was met with appalling response which amounted to trying to "make up" with my tormentor. Will never support this studio again.
