After a couple tries, I eventually got a code so that I could register with this app. I'm not using any exercise functionality -- I just wanted an inexpensive watch that would alert me to incoming VoIP calls or VoIP SMS by vibrating on my wrist. So this watch & app meets my needs. Note that this app does not actually know that a VoIP call is incoming, it just faithfully sends any unrecognized notifications to the watch because I had check-marked the app's social notification category "Other".

App works well. Couple small fixes please: Upon trying to log in, I can't enter my password. App doesn't accept the special character in the password that I used when I created the account. I must copy and paste the password from elsewhere in order to login into my account. In the step counter, distance measurement is in miles with no option for kilometers. Can't turn off notifications from Apple Music. I receive a notification for every song played. It drains the battery more quickly.

I put it on power saving mode last week and now decided that I don't want it on, and it will not let me change it back. At this point since I am within the 30 days from purchase I have no problem returning the two that I purchased right back to the store because it is super annoying honestly.

I would give a 5-star rating if there were more watch faces to select from. I would like to see something like Star Trek, fallout, or Casio watch faces, of at all possible.

1. The app drains your battery... fast! 2. The watch keeps disconnecting and requires deleting the device from the app and re-adding it 3. Adding the watch via proximity detection doesn't always work. Adding the watch via the QR code on the watch usually works 4. My Bluetooth status constantly says it couldn't properly connect once paired 5. Getting weather updates relies on manually sync it from the app 6. Buy a better watch and avoid this app 7. Or, delete the app after setup

Had the old apex fit app on my other phone. Was working 75% of the app worked normal. This updated app unfortunately doesn't even connect to the watch now. Gives me error message when scanning the QR code. A basic digital watch now 🤷♂️
