★★☆☆☆ 1st time using. Don't have password. When I go to reset via my email, all I get is a blank page. Reinstalled. Tried every way possible. Only option to "reset" a password does not work. But I never had password to start. So reset isn't applicable anyway. No way to initially set a password. Also link from medical office says "page does not exist." I called office several times the day before. Nothing.
★★☆☆☆ Installed app as instructed, but the practice url did not allow me to establish a password. This app has been useless for me as a new patient.
