Wow, I used this app in September while traveling in Sweden to wash at the hotel where I stayed. There was a minimum cash load to use the app and I only had to wash clothes once. They noted you could get a refund for unused funds. Excellent experience! But the kicker: I forgot to request a refund. This week they settled the account. This is a liberators practice. They are the anti-scammers. They are proactively being fair! It's but that hard to give up on extractive capitalism people. 😍🙏🏽

You can tell the app is probably coded in-house. It only works, because the customers don't have to choose to use it, but are forced to. This app does the absolute minimum to make paying work. Improvements are everywhere: - Machines that are done with their program, but not emptied should not be "ready to use" - I don't want to know, how long the machine has been washing for, but how long it will take! - it should not be possible to double-book machines... Get your development basics together!

The machine does the wash fine but when you try to dry the clothes it never does the full cycle, no matter what setting it's on, so clothes are always damp afterward. I've reported to the app multiple times, but it doesn't change anything.
