I've never tried online therapy. It's excellent. Very easy to sign up for, your provided with a very skilled, well-trained and educated therapist, right away. There may be a little bit of a wait till you get your provided but that should be expected, with all the clients that are seeking help. Scheduling appointments and contacting your providers is very easy to do, utilizing the App. For all you people out there who need help but are afraid or ashamed to seek it, this is by far your best bet!!

I absolutely think this app sucks abd the therapists are absolutely lazy. I have been on this app for about 6 months and have only had my consultation appointment. I have never seen an actual therapist, I'm glad that I'm not struggling so bad to where I am contemplating suicide. I cannot imagine what would happen to someone new that is struggling so bad. If I could give these 0 stars I absolutely would.

The worst...😡 I been trying to reach someone to help me😩 I left messages on the members emails no responce I almost finished my intro n froze on the last page n the lady that I spoke with told me she was going to find out why it let me finish that was last week I spoke to her n still nothing smh.

Three strikes and your out!! It's ok for apti to start sessions 20 minutes late. Call our numbers text us. We are humans. But it's not ok if we are 12 minutes late! These people don't care about our problems!!! Leave ya out in the cold quik. They just want your Benjamin's!
