★★☆☆☆ There are many problems. Delay/slow response. Delay in notification when CliQ transfer is completed, about a week such issue resulted in problem for me. After attempted to transfer money by CliQ, didn't indicate successful and no SMS was received from bank, so I believed it failed, so I had to make bank internet transfer of same amount, it was done. After some time, CliQ also got in action and transferred the same amount, meaning; the amount (JD 1400)was transferred Twice to the person.

★★☆☆☆ This app is the worst fall for this bank; extremely disappointed for many reasons that include: - no data was migrated to the new app including payees and transactions. - lack of transportation details including transfer rates between currencies. - difficult activation requests. - call center inability to assist with technical difficulty. Time to switch banks and say goodbye.
