★★☆☆☆ Huge pay wall or Ad wall. You can't progress past certain points without being forced to watch an ad. Or pay money. Your commanders can only be recruited for free once. After that you have to watch 2, 60 second ads. Which rarely give your reward. Often times saying "reward sent." And nothing happens. Stop forcing people to pay. Stop forcing people to watch. Just let people choose. But that's too much of a simple task.

★★☆☆☆ After reaching the second base, it's impossible to progress as f2p, even with ads. My campaign fights went from 400k to 1 m power. I have 5 BILLION tags that I can't use because somehow the chest give shards on soldiers I don't need. Which means I can't power up nor automatically kick slackers. Missions are impossible too, so I can't train soldiers either. Medals are way too hard to get. 3 spot on power machine but all the soldiers queue on one spot.....
