Had the worst experience possible a few months ago with this app. However, decided to give it another go, and they have improved the bicycle rental services significantly since late 2021 and the application performs better. Now it actually connects properly to the available bicycle from an Arrival spot. Still room for improvement. Suggestion wise, for being ebikes I would say that they should perform a bit smoother and faster ; the speed is slower than riding a normal bicycle.thanks

Tried really hard to get it to work, restarted several times and uninstalled and reinstalled. No luck? My Visa Credit card successfully reflects the Eu0.01 setup but when attempting to select a bike (3 available) 4 physically in from of me... Kept getting the screen to set up payment. Very disappointed.

Terrible app, impossible to get the bike to unlock, tried both bikes, my internet works, it started counting the minutes when it was still unlocked, not even a way to cancel after adding a bike number
